A series of high-precision, thin-film flat-chip resistors are available in 0603, 0805, and 1206 case sizes. Suited for medical device applications, the TNPU e3 resistors provide stable and reliable operation under harsh environmental conditions. The resistors feature tolerances as low as ±0.05% and temperature coefficient of resistance values down to ±5 ppm/K across a temperature range of –55°–125°C. Standard resistance values range from 100 Ω to 511 kΩ. The products are RoHS compliant and their pure-tin plating is compatible with both lead-free and lead-containing soldering processes.
