Crystek's CVCO55CC-2122-2242 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2.122 to 2.242 GHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +7 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the US, the VCO is packaged in an industry-standard 0.5- by 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 40 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.5 and 1.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical.
