Designed for production use, the Model C200 twin-blade rotary wire stripper and twister can remove insulation made of Teflon, PTFE, PVC, nylon, rubber, Kel-F and other materials from solid and stranded wires. This machine from Eraser Company, Inc., is able to twist stranded wire at the same time as it removes the insulating material. Depending on the material, the unit can strip lengths of insulation ranging from 1/32 to 2 1/2 in. A belt reversal capability allows it to be operated in either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. The stripping head incorporates a pair of accurately adjustable tungsten carbide stripping blades that remain on center to provide fast, clean, and efficient stripping performance.
